• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of cruelty to animals.
• Sherrill Santorso reported an incident of lost or stolen property.
• Dorothy Scruggs reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• An employee of Game Stop reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An employee of Drop In #3 reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine.
• Larry Vegoren reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests

• Karla Michelle Hoffman, age 43, of Oakland Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. She received a custody release.
• Lee Anthony Brisbon, age 48, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $10,000 unsecured bond.
• Ashley Nicole Greene, age 27, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was cited for cruelty to animals. She received a written promise to appear.
• Jerry Dean Arrowood, age 46, of Arlington St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
