• Donna Makupson reported an incident of assault.
• An employee of Game Haven reported an incident of fraud.
• An employee of Northland Cable reported an incident of larceny of cable service.

Arrests

• Robert Randle Fish, age 16, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault and battery. He received a custody release.
• Ima Maxine Day, age 69, of Big Springs Ave. in Forest City, was cited for larceny of cable service. She received a written promise to appear.
