Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and second degree trespassing. (See arrest of Maness)
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Lancaster)
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule IV, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for drugs, and driving while license revoked. (See arrests of Guffey and Turner)
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of schedule I and possession of schedule IV. (See arrest of Blanton)
  • Ashley Hoyle reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Jessica Jeanine Manness, age 24, of Millview St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with a warrant for second degree trespassing. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Daniel Warren Lancaster, age 34, of Seaboard Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no operator's license. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Darren Keith Blanton, age 21, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule I and possession of schedule IV. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Stephanie Rose Turner, age 44, of Roy Ledford Place in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule IV and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for drugs. She received a $34,000 secured bond.
  • Eldon Wray Guffey, age 36, of Duncans Creek Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule IV, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for drugs, and driving while license revoked. He received a $35,000 secured bond.
