Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no operator's license.

Arrests
  • Jamie Walden Cooper, age 37, of Cherry Mtn. Rd. in Shelby, was arrested for driving while impaired. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Jessica Lynn Roberts, age 29, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
  • Robert Matthew Alvarez, age 20, of Tryon Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for
  • Andrew Robert Holloway, age 29, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no operator's license. He received a $7,500 secured bond.
