Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of driving while impaired and failure to burn headlamps.
• An employee of Subway reported an incident of counterfeit currency.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of counterfeit currency.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Zaxby's reported an incident of fraud.

Arrests

• Jerry Junior Logan, age 45, of Bob Rollins Rd. in Forest City, arrested for driving while impaired and failure to burn headlamps. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Kenneth Brian Hicks, age 43, of Whiteside Rd. in Forest City, was cited larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Ashley Crump, age 25, of Gastonia, was cited for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
• William Troy West, age 24, of E. Mountain St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Steven Brock McGinnis, age 37, of McGinnis Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked, revoked tag, no insurance and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $3,500 secured bond.
