Arrests

  • Ashley Nicole Crump, age 28, of Graham Dr. in Bostic, was arrested for fleeing to elude arrest, revoked tag, reckless driving and larceny. She received a $7,500 secured bond.
  • Michael Scott Toms, age 55, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Misty Prescott Wilkins, age 43, of Smith Grove Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver drugs, conspiracy to sell/deliver heroin, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed gun, and served with a warrant for failure to appear. She received an $82,000 secured bond.
  • Stephen Austin Collins, age 18, of US Hwy 74 in Bostic, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Anthony O'brien Chavis, age 44, of Reid St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for habitual larceny. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
