  • Helen Harris reported an incident of fraud.

  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny by employee, removal of an anti-theft device, damage to personal property and larceny.
  • Douglas Harton Jr. reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI and possession of schedule II.

Arrests
  • Alvin Lee Vickers II, age 28, of Coney Island Rd. in Union Mills, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Brian Shane Hall, age 43, of Andy Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Edward Arnold Neel, age 35, of East Spruce St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Butch Lee Burgess, age 26, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny by employee, removal of an anti-theft device, damage to personal property and larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Cecil Lee Henson Jr., age 51, of Duncan Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of schedule II. He received a written promise to appear.
