Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.

Arrests
- Dustin Scott Sisk, age 23, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
- Thomas Michael Day, age 45, of Dogwood Lane in Henrietta, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
- Taylor Christine Weaver, age 21, of Rosedale Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
- Jennifer Deanne McMahan, age 44, of Terrell Dr. in Old Fort, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, shoplifting and resisting arrest. She received a $7,500 secured bond.
- Spencer Clyde Hamilton, Jr., age 43, of Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI, littering, assault on a female and resisting arrest. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Tyrek Oneil Moore, age 19, of Textile Ave. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Sarah Elizabeth Odell, age 25, of Rock Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
- Sadarrien Marquavius McCluney, age 22, of Astrid Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
- Jason Alan Gettys, age 35, of 3rd St. in Caroleen, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
