Arrests
  • Herman Ray Durbin, age 66, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of a concealed weapon and possession of a firearm with an altered serial number. He received a $7,500 secured bond.
  • Nytia Xiang Smith, age 29, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
