Arrests
  • Phillip Scott McEntire, age 19, of Twelve Oaks Drive, was served with a show cause order for fail to pay fines. No bond.
  • Susan Powell Byers, age 51 of Hemphill Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Maurice Watkins, age 34, of Webb Church Road in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of schedule VI and assault on a female. He received a $1,100 secured bond.
  • Alexis Levi Parker, age 16, of Shadowgate Drive in Forest City, was cited for underage consumption of an alcoholic beverage. He received a custody release.
  • Anthony Aaron Willette, age 19, of Hidden Acres in Bostic, was cited for underage consumption of an alcoholic beverage. He received a custody release.
  • Peter Benjamin Roberson, age 39, of Davis Rd. in Shelby, was arrested for forgery, three counts of obtain property by false pretenses, driving while license revoked, two counts of uttering a forged instrument, impersonation of a law enforcement officer and fictitious registration. He received a $10,100 secured bond.
