Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and warrant service.

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny and resisting a public officer.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny by price substitution.
  • A member of the Forest City Masonic Lodge reported an incident of damage to property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of violation of an animal control ordinance.
  • Lindsay Adams reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill with no injury, possession of schedule II and possession of schedule VI.

Arrests
  • Randall Dean Whitt, age 52, of Reid St., in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for misdemeanor larceny and also charged with possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Claudia Faith Cash, age 20, of E. Main St. in Spindale, was cited for possession of schedule VI. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Amber Reanne Elmore, age 39, of Webb Rd. in Shelby, was arrested for larceny and resisting a public officer. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Caylin Elliott Whitesides, age 22, of Carniege Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny by price substitution. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Leander Guy Morris, age 42, of Double L Lane in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear, fugitive from justice and also charged with resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a $31,000 secured bond.
  • Stephanie Marie Taylor, age 36, of Springfield Dr. in Forest City, was cited for violation of an animal control ordinance. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Shythea Royale Davis, age 27, of Mountain View St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
  • Christopher Adam Martin, age 43, of Rapids Ct. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply for non-payment of child support. He received a $374 cash bond.
  • Julian Basil Neumann, age 19, of Roebuck, SC, was arrested for possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
