Incidents
  • Robby Edney reported an incident of a dog bite.
  • Amelia Sams reported an incident of violation of a domestic violence protection order.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule I, possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and fictitious tag.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests
  • Joseph Zackary Malone, age 24, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $5,500 secured bond.
  • Jerald Shane Martin, age 43, of Hildebrand Dr. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for damage to property. No bond.
  • Samuel Lee Lovelace, age 41, of Countryside Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Richard Cody Allen, age 27, of Rock Rd. in union Mills, was arrested for probation violation and possession of schedule VI. He received a $7,000 secured bond.
  • Lindsay Renee Lipscomb, age 31, of Moriah School Rd. in Casar, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule I and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received an $11,000 secured bond.
  • Jessica Jeannine Maness, age 25, of Millview St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
