  • Gary Kenneth Kimbrell, age 55, of Whitesides Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for second degree trespassing, communicating threats and also cited for larceny. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
  • Stevon Kristoff Wilkerson, age 17, of Springdale Dr. in Spindale, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • James Adam Gettys, age 30, of Golf St. in Forest City, was arrested for felony breaking and entering with larceny and larceny after breaking and entering. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Courtney Lee Adair, age 28, of Golf St. in Forest City, was arrested for felony breaking and entering with larceny and larceny after breaking and entering. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Michael Don Bolden, age 51, of Rash St. in Forest City, was arrested for felony breaking and entering with larceny and larceny after breaking and entering. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Holly Davis Wilson, age 47, of Weatherstone Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
