Incidents

• Jaliyah Foreman reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Wells Fargo reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of flee to elude arrest, driving while license revoked and reckless driving.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of AT&T reported an incident of larceny.
• Makesha Sisk reported an incident of violation of a valid protection order.

Arrests

• Kyle Victor Skinner, age 31, of Pea Ridge Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Allen Richard Farrell, age 33, of E. Dixon Blvd. in Shelby, was arrested for flee to elude arrest, driving while license revoked and reckless driving. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Christine Nicole Radford, age 28, of Roper Loop Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. She received a $25,000 secured bond.
• Clarence Douglas Fowler, age 40, of Edward St. in Charlotte, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Sergio Lemuz, Jr., age 24, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested for DWI and failure to maintain lane control. He received a custody release.
• Savannah Carr Robbins, age 36, of Jerry Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for obtaining property by false pretenses. She received a $5,000 unsecured bond.

• Ronald Brandon Green, age 37, of Leonard Lane in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Jason Stephen Kittle, age 39, of Little Matt Dr. in Cherokee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply. He received an $800 cash bond.
