Incidents
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of second degree trespassing.
  • Joseph Beam reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
  • An employee of The Shelby's Children Developmental Services Agency reported an incident of damage to property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and fictitious tag.

Arrests
  • Cynthia Ann Jackson, age 54, of Raleigh, NC, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Justin Keith Lowery, age 32, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Heidi Lynn Humphries, age 17, of Rohodann Dr. in Shelby, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and fictitious tag. She received a custody release.
  • Dennis Clinton Bradley, age 36, of Collett St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
