Incidents
  • An employee of Gallman Wholesale reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Conner)
  • An employee of Butler's Pawn Shop reported an incident of fraud.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Shellington)
  • An employee of The Town of Forest City reported an incident of larceny and tampering with a utility meter. (See arrest of Bright)
  • An employee of Anchor Down/Chain Up reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Rahkim Tashiem Franklin, age 22, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Kip Allen Cooper, age 36, of Barbara St. in Forest City, was arrested on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Beckie Renna Bright, age 34, of Overlook Avenue in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Ronald Dale Conner, age 46, of Oakland Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Ashley Marie Shellington, age 22, of Butternut Lane in Rutherfordton, was arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Lisa Rena McIntyre, age 48, of Eaves Rd. in Shelby, was arrested and served with a true bill of indictment. She received a $20,000 secured bond.
