Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession methamphetamine, shoplifting and habitual larceny.
• Patricia Watts reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle.
• Ray Parris reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property.
• James Harris reported an incident of common law robbery and simple assault.
• Marlin Matheny reported an incident of larceny of a firearm.
• Maria Olivares reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny.
• Jaman Edgerton reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny.

Arrests

• Marshall O'Neal Ratchford, Jr., age 25, of Gypsy St. in Forest City in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. He received a $7,500 secured bond.
• Gary Douglas Crawford, age 57, of Shasta Lane in Mooresboro, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Christopher Keith Garrett, age 39, of Cherry Mtn. St. in Forest City, was arrested for habitual larceny. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Richard Sherman LaForge, age 46, of US 64 Hwy in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny, possession of methamphetamine and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $6,500 secured bond.
