Incidents
  • An employee of Game Haven reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses. (See arrest of Ferguson)
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Ferguson)
  • Dayshana Lathan reported an incident of larceny after breaking and entering to a motor vehicle.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of forgery of securities, fail to disclose original recordings, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrests of Cline and Laughter)
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense and possession of methamphetamine. (See arrests of Greene and Patterson)

 

Arrests
  • Antwan Rashaun Lovett, age 37, of Wells Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for DWI and failure to reduce speed. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Charles Steven Ferguson, age 30, of N. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses and larceny. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Christopher Kyle Laughter, age 24, of Byers Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for forgery of securities, fail to disclose original recordings, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
  • Pamela Gail Cline, age 20, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for forgery of securities, fail to disclose original recordings, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $25,000 secured bond.
  • Lindsey Michelle Greene, age 25, of Commercial Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for obtaining property by false pretense. She received an $8,000 secured bond.
  • Travis JerMichael Moore, age 25, of Jerry Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Marick Jerrod Patterson, age 33, of Ryce St. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He received an $8,000 secured bond.
