  • Brooke Morgan Norris, age 39, of Piney Ridge Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for a worthless check. No bond.
  • Phillip Oneal Dowling, age 50, of Lake View Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
