Incidents

• Patrick Hecker reported an incident of a lost/stolen cell phone.
• An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of larceny of power and interfering with a utility meter.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny by employee. (See arrest of Tipton)
• Brittany Richardson reported an incident of assault on a female, possession of drug paraphernalia and damage to property. (See arrest of Richardson)

Arrests

• Jessica Diane Tipton, age 27, of W. Main Street in Forest City, was arrested for larceny by employee. She received a written promise to appear.
• Cody Shane Richardson, age 22, of Roberson Road in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female, possession of drug paraphernalia and damage to property. He received a 48 hour hold.
