Arrests
- Destiney Desha Logan, age 18, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny by substitution of price. She received a written promise to appear.
- Melissa Suber, age 45, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of a stolen firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $10,000 unsecured bond.
