Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II and possession of IV controlled substances.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of violation of a valid domestic violence protective order and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer.
  • Kaylee Piercy reported an incident of breaking and entering and assault by pointing a gun.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.

Arrests
  • Daniel Bruce King, age 57, of Doggett Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule II and possession of IV controlled substances. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Desmond Dewayne Hardy, age 35, of Hamrick Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for violation of a valid domestic violence protective order and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Victoria Marie Secrist, age 23, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Angellica Dawn Ruppe, age 28, of Country Meadows Lane in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Christopher Wayne Yelton, age 46, of Barbara St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Marquarves Devonta Smith, age 26, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering and assault by pointing a gun. He is being held without bond.
  • Michael James Bielski, age 41, of Old Fort, was arrested on a warrant for cyberstalking. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Lisa Ann Wilson, age 53, of California St. in Forest City, was cited for driving while impaired. She received a written promise to appear.
