Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while license revoked, recovered property and hinder and delay an investigation.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of second degree trespassing.
- Pamela Fish reported an incident of a runaway juvenile.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of common law robbery.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer.
- Charles Justice reported an incident of breaking and into a motor vehicle with larceny.
Arrests
- Rebecca Marlo Corley, age 34, of Bridges Dr. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
- Autumn Lynn Cheney, age 21, of Arlington St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for cyberstalking. No bond.
- Sammy Joe Elliott, age 29, of Whiteside Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a custody release.
- Erike Goode, age 48, of Elms Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He received a written promise to appear.
- Stanley Lee Weeks II, age 44, of Windy Hill Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
- Joshua Nathanal Aldrich, age 28, of Boiler Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
