Arrests

  • Daniel Ray Ledbetter, age 20, of Casar, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Tasha Joann Swink, age 19, of Shelby, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Tyler Browne Grant, age 30, of Cleveland, NC, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Carlos Guerrero Sanchez, age 21, of Spruce Pine, NC, was arrested for possession of stolen goods. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Jennie Faye Hamrick, age 60, of E. Spruce St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Joseph Aaron Mancinelli, age 38, of McCraw Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for being drunk and disruptive. He received a custody release.
  • Scottie Lee Walker, age 53, of E. Melissa Lane in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
  • Christopher Byion Hines, age 35, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • James Theodore Watkins, age 26, of Hillbrook Dr. in Bostic, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a custody release.
