Incidents

  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Arrests

  • Holly Davis Wilson, age 48, of Frady St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny and second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Zhadrian Shaquan Burgess, age 23, of Leesville, SC, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Tyshon Thomas Cash, age 25, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
