Incidents

  • An employee of Alliance Insurance reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of PNC Bank reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of  simple possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of schedule VI, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, trafficking methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for controlled substance.

 

Arrests

  • Michael Irvin Hughes, age 52, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for simple possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of schedule VI, two counts of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, trafficking methamphetamine and two counts of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for controlled substance. He received a $71,500 secured bond.
  • Ricky Thomas Jackson, age 37, of Lark Lane in Forest City, was arrested for trafficking methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
  • Dreama Knight Philyaw, age 43, of Lark Lane in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
  • Audrey Nicole Lane, age 39, of Akers Landing in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
