Incidents

• An employee of Ingles reported an incident of obtaining money by false pretenses.
• An employee of Quality Plus reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.

Arrests

• Clarence Henry Daniels, age 42, of Butler Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for willful damage by tenant. No bond.
• Carl Mackey Shelton, age 73, of Goode Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for first degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Daniel Scott Greene, age 37, of Wells Dr. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
