1. Public comments from three residents regarding neighborhood concerns.
2. Council recognized East Rutherford High School Baseball Team for their 2025 2A State Championship win.
3. Presentation on the Human Action Response Partnership by Dr. Sarah Horne of Preferred Choice Healthcare.
4. The following vehicles were declared surplus:
   1. 2009 Ford Focus from Admin
   2. 2019 EZ-Go Club Car Golf Carts (qty. 30) from Parks & Recreation
   3. 2013 Club Car Golf Carts (Qty. 2) from Parks & Recreations
5. Presentation of the July financials from Finance Director Roxanne Stiles
6. Council approved the appointment of Brad Huckabee to fill the vacancy of Myra Geer on the Forest City Housing Authority
7. Council went into closed session. Upon reconvening open session, Council approved a maintanence agreement between the Town and RHI Legacy Foundation for the Legacy Soccer Complex.
