- An employee of Shoe Show reported an incident of larceny.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
- Karen Madison reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
- Kevin Sullivan reported an incident of a dog bite.
Arrests
- Travis Howard Greene, age 45, of Shelby, was arrested on warrants for simple assault and driving while license revoked. He received a 48 hour hold.
- Jonathon Joseph Sheldon, age 22, of Turner St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. He received a $750 secured bond.
- David Warren Fincannon, age 31, of Hines Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
- Gaveon Tyrell Twitty, age 22, of Maryland Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for interfering with an electronic monitoring device. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
