- Robert Lattimore reported an assault by pointing a gun.
- An employee of Premier Credit Union reported Obtaining Property by False Pretense.
- Asa Arrowood reported a Larceny.
- An employee of the Forest City Police Department reported animal cruelty.
Arrest
- Antonio Edwin Ledbetter, age 32, of W Court St in Rutherfordton, was arrested for Assault on a Female. He received a 48 hr hold.
- Joshua Edward Spratt, age 38, of S Main St in Rutherfordton, was arrested for Misuse of 911. He received a $50 secured bond.
- Myra Dawn Conner, age 34, of S Church St in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for Larceny. She received a $500 secured bond.
- Katie Nicole Pogue, age 26, of Sawgrass Ct in Forest City, was cited for Shoplifting. She received a written promise to appear.
- Angela Marie Garrison, age 48, of Seitz Dr in Forest City, was arrested for Larceny by Employee. She received a written promise to appear.
