Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
  • Josh Howell reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, maintain a dwelling for drugs, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Sherry Lance reported an incident of lost or stolen property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and possession of schedule VI.
  • Donnie Haulk reported an incident of damage to real property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to sell/deliver schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon.

Arrests

  • Roy Eugene Blanton, Jr., age 65, of Harris Lee Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Michael Anthony Withrow, age 27, of Riverhills Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. He received a $50,000 secured bond.
  • Haley Danielle Mendoza, age 31, of Veneer Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Brent William Cook, age 34, of US 64/74 Hwy in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and possession of schedule VI. He received a $12,000 secured bond.
  • Kelly Lee Sanders, age 38, of Forest City, was arrested for damage to real property. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Joshua Clint Bramlett, age 35, of Phillips Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to sell/deliver schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Scottie Lee Campbell, age 51, of Doc Wiseman Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for driving while impaired, trafficking opium or heroin, and carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $16,000 secured bond.
