Arrests

• Cody Wayne Queen, age 29, of Railroad Circle in Mooresboro, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Tiffany Michelle Sperling, age 26, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
