Incidents
  • An employee of Quality Gas Plus reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.
  • Teresa Mendoza reported an incident of lost medication.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Greene)
  • An employee of the Bank of the Ozarks reported an incident of suspicious activity.
  • Margaret Hines reported an incident of damage to property.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart Pharmacy reported an incident of fraud.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests
  • Michelle Bradley Wortman, age 27, of Big Springs Ave. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
  • Tray Dominique Greene, age 20, of Webb Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Beverly Blackwell Henson-Hick, age 56, of E. Main St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
  • Candace Ann Henderson, age 30, of Canine Drive in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 bond.
  • Beatrice Marie Shires, age 28, of Shires Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on outstanding warrants from Cleveland County for possession of methamphetamine, possession of LSD and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $3,500 secured bond.
