Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny and driving while license revoked.
  • Odalis Sylvester reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
  • An employee of Drop In #1 reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.
  • An employee of Salvation Army reported an incident of damage to property.

 

Arrests

  • James Donald Dover, age 43, of Wyoming St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
  • Jason Troy Mothershead, age 33, of Davie Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Waylon Christopher Flynn, age 42, of Happy Lane in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Joshua Nathaniel Aldrich, age 29, of Boiler Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for larceny and driving while license revoked. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
