Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired, flee to elude with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.

 

Arrests

  • Keely Marie Kirkpatrick, age 30, of Spindale St. in Spindale, was arrested for driving while impaired, flee to elude with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Rahkim Tashiem Franklin, age 28, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
