  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of second degree trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of attempted breaking and entering and possession of burglary tools.

Arrests

  • Derek Lee Gene Jones, age 24, of Marshall St. in Forest City, was arrested for resisting a public officer. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Sherry Gail McAbee, age 49, of Doggett Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Randall Dean Whitt, age 53, of Reid St. in Forest City, was arrested for on warrants for failure to appear and probation violation. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Christopher Scott Pittman, age 33, of Condrey Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Paula Joe Stafford, age 33, of Coopers Gap Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Daniel Warren Lancaster, age 38, of Spindale St. in Spindale, was arrested for attempted breaking and entering and possession of burglary tools. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
  • Susan Anita McCurry, age 53, of Old Hwy 74 in Bostic, was arrested for larceny and failure to appear. She received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Paula Joe Stafford, age 33, of Coopers Gap Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for first degree trespassing. She received a $500 secured bond.
