Incidents

  • Anthony DeFazio reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of stolen goods, driving while license revoked, operate a vehicle without insurance, and failure to appear.

 

Arrests

  • Thomas Glenn Ray, age 28, of Towery Rd. in Shelby, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of stolen goods, driving while license revoked and operate a vehicle without insurance. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
