Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired and drunk and disruptive.
• An employee of Belk reported an incident of larceny.
• Christopher Magnet reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and first degree trespassing.

Arrests

• Steven Anthony Turilli, age 38, of Aiken, SC, was arrested for driving while impaired and drunk and disruptive. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
• Derek Thomas Ramer, age 35, of Hendersonville, was arrested for larceny. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Desiree Susan Hopkins, age 40, of Asheville, was arrested on a fugitive warrant from South Carolina. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Thomas William Johnson, age 33, of Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Archie Carlton Miller, age 61, of Maryland Dr. in Spindale, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
• Stephen Daniel Edwards, age 32, of Ashland Dr. in Ellenboro, was arrested for larceny and first degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Jessica Jeannie Maness, age 27, of Millview St. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny and first degree trespassing. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
