Arrests
  • Angela Darlene Jefferson, age 31, of Roberson Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, driving while license revoked and open container after consuming. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Roger McKaja Barnett, age 78, of Boss Moore Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for no operator's license and unsafe tires. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Michelle Addison Childress, age 23, of Ferry Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 unsecured bond.
  • Diane Renee Boyett, age 66, of Raven Lane in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Dusty Allen Herr, age 23, of Arlington St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Samantha Chappell Greene, age 38, of Wilkins St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for assault with a deadly weapon, simple assault, and injury to personal property. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Parcell Edward Ledbetter, age 37, of W. Court St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of schedule II. He received a $10,000 unsecured bond.
  • Stevon Kristoff Wilkerson, age 18, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was arrested for no insurance, no operator's license, revoked tag and improper muffler. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Ty'j Malik Cooks, age 19, of Ledbetter Rd. in Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $25 cash bond.
  • Kyle Forrest Shytles, age 46, of Emerald Way in Spindale, was arrested for possession of stolen goods and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $7,000 secured bond.
