Incidents
  • Cynthia White reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and underage consumption of alcohol.
  • Brian Sollars reported an incident of vandalism.

Arrests
  • Thelma Phillips, age 55, of Sherrill St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule I, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II and possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI. She received a $30,000 secured bond.
  • Timmie Lee Reaves, age 61, of Sherrill St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule I, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II and possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI. He received a $45,000 secured bond.
  • Timothy Jaydon Price, age 19, of Francis St. in Forest City, was cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and underage consumption of alcohol. He received a written promise to appear.
