  • An employee of Lipscomb Signs reported an incident of damage to property.
  • An employee of Master Woodsman Construction reported an incident of larceny by employee.

Arrests
  • Desmond Hykeem Jefferson, age 27, of Sunnyside Dr. in Morganton, was arrested for larceny of a motor vehicle, larceny and larceny of a firearm. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Jadeakiss Makensie Crawford, age 20, of Chisolm Trail in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • John Arthur McKinney, age 46, of Old Stonecutter Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
