Arrests
  • Christopher Isaiah Whiteside, age 38, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked and larceny of motor fuel. He received an $8,000 secured bond.
  • Stencil Petronius Robinson, age 34, of Hillbrook Dr. in Bostic, was arrested for larceny. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Douglas Ray Cauble, age 48, of Asheville, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. No bond.
  • Tyler Sint'el Hamilton, age 28, of Bentwood Dr. in Forest City, was cited for driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, open container in passenger area and seatbelt violation. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Susan Anita McCurry, age 52, of US Hwy 74 Business in Ellenboro, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of schedule IV and possession of schedule VI. She received a $2,000 unsecured bond.
  • Austin Wayne Givens, age 21, of Pearidge Rd. in Bostic, was served with a criminal summons for damage to personal property. No bond.
  • Stephanie Lina-Rae Waters, age 32, of Piney Knob Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant and also served with a show cause order. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Joshua James Bickford, age 37, of Barbara St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female, assault on a law enforcement officer and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Jacqueline Ann Sisco, age 59, of Armstrong Dr. in Spindale, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
