  • David James reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle, breaking and entering with larceny and damage to property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing.
  • An employee of Belk reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Brandon Scott Williams, age 28, of Bob Hardin Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny and second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Brandon Tyler Mitchell, age 21, of Padgett Rd. in Shelby, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
