Arrests

  • Branda Leann Davis, age 43, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Howard Edward Guy III, age 59, of Winnies Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for larceny and second degree trespassing. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • James Adam Gettys, age 32, of Golf St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for obtaining property by false pretenses. He received a $7,500 secured bond.
  • Randy Lee Derexson, age 56, of Conner St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • David Nelson McCoy, age 55, of Ferry Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on warrants for larceny and failure to appear. He received a $200 secured bond.
