Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.

Arrests

• Stephanie Lina-Rae Waters, age 32, of Piney Knob Rd. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for second degree trespassing. No bond.
• Ricky Tyrone Camp, age 32, of Mercury St. in Forest City, was arrested on a true bill of indictment. He received a $10,000 unsecured bond.
