Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and warrant service.
• Shanelle Hines reported an incident of a missing person.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while license revoked, possession of stolen goods and warrant service.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.

Arrests

• James Dupree Evans, age 27, of Reid St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Tracey Renae McKinney, age 42, of Missionary Plantation Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant larceny and also charged with possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Timothy Mack Guffey, age 53, of Reid St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for assault and battery. No bond.
• Earnest Glenn Burris, Jr., age 58, of Oakridge Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for escape from a state prison and also charged with driving while license revoked and possession of stolen goods. He received a $11,500 secured bond.
• Adam Shane Coursey, age 44, of Lincolnton, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
