Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
• Lydia Martin reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of wire fraud.
• An employee of Southside Motor Company reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Jeremy Christian Clark, age 28, of Pinehurst Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Walter Ashley Littlejohn, age 48, of Marshall St. in Forest City, was arrested for kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. He received a $100,000 secured bond.
• Percell Edward Ledbetter, age 38, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for non-support of a child. He received a $600 secured bond.
• Stacy Burleson, age 49, of Lake Davis Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny. He received a $7,500 secured bond.
• Clavin Eugene Cunningham, age 45, of Joy St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
