Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintain a vehicle or dwelling for drugs, possession of schedule I, possession of schedule II and possession of schedule VI.
• Sonja McDowell reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Desmond Dewayne Hardy, age 35, of Hamrick Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on warrants for two counts of violation of a valid domestic violence protection order, assault on a female, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, possession of a firearm by a felon, assault by pointing a gun, communicating threats and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Lindsey Martha Henderson, age 31, of Monfredo St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
