Incidents

• Berry Collins reported an incident of damage to property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of no operator’s license, fictitious tag and no insurance.

Arrests

• Alicia Beth Adair, age 39, of N. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Ronald Calvin Locklear, age 52, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for second degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Joseph Lee Conner, age 35, of Fish Camp Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for no operator’s license, fictitious tag and no insurance. He received a $500 secured bond.
