Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of simple assault.
• An employee of Roses reported an incident of larceny.
• Kathi Scruggs reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with larceny.

Arrests

• Saul Hernandez Guzman, age 42, of Reservation Dr. in Spindale, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Cora Lynn Hudson, age 43, of Winnies Rd. in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
